WINDERMERE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

After-School Enrichment Program for Fall Quarter 2021

   • Registration for the Fall 2021 session is September 20th at 9:00 AM through
September 26th, 2021 at 9:00PM. However, please note the sooner the better to
determine if a class is going to have the minimum number of students or the
class may fill up. Registrations will be processed in the order in which they are
received. Beginning with class start dates.

   • If there is insufficient enrollment for a class, it will be cancelled and your fee
refunded. You will be notified via email of this change. PLEASE check your email
on a regular basis in the days prior to session start date for important class info
       and possible class cancelations.

   • Confirmation notices will be sent via email immediately after registration. Please
contact Rachel Ely at rwoolley41@hotmail.com if you have not received a
confirmation or if you have any questions or concerns. Class locations are TBD.
Within a few days after registration closes, you will receive an email with the
exact classrooms your child's class will take place in. Don't forget to check your
       email regularly.

   • Students must arrive promptly to class. ALL students must wear a mask
during each class and in the school building. Your child should know where
to report and if he/she is uncomfortable finding the classroom, please make
arrangements to escort him/her to the class location. During the first week, we
will do our best to send emails to students teachers to help with reminders on
class days. Please remind your child on his/her class day as to what their after-
       school plans are.

   • It is important for you to make arrangements for prompt pick-up of your child after
class. Due to the safety guidelines that the district has set in place, please
pick up your child outside of the front doors. The instructors will walk the
students outside. PARENTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INSIDE THE
BUILDING. (There are no provisions for supervision except during class
