The FIAT® 500X is well-equipped to impress with
a range of standard and optional amenities. The
available dual-pane power sunroof with a sliding
panoramic panel creates a wide, spacious feeling.
Uconnect ® systems and the available BeatsAudioTM
Premium Sound System make the most of those
unique 500X acoustics — and allow for a number
of voice-activated multi-tasks like phone calls,
messaging, navigation and more.

Not only is 500X the first FIAT® vehicle
to offer the confidence of available All-Wheel
Drive (AWD), its drive system brings unique
functionality and improvements over conventional
AWD systems. While in Auto mode, the 500X
features a disconnecting rear axle that helps
to improve fuel efficiency by automatically
selecting Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) or AWD
when necessary. It completely removes power
to the rear axle when FWD performance is
adequate during regular driving conditions.
This is a system that requires no input from
the driver — all actions (including the AWD
activation) are intelligently and seamlessly
engaged based on conditions and driving style.
And while the system boasts leading traction
management advances, it also works to improve
dynamic handling. This is how 500X turns
good drivers into great drivers.

1.4-LITER MULTIAIR TURBO ENGINE
FIAT 500X offers two extraordinary engine
options, starting with the 1.4-liter MultiAir
Turbo four-cylinder that comes standard
on Pop Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) models.
Paired with a six-speed manual transmission,
this powerplant generates 160 horsepower
and 184 lb-ft of torque — giving Pop a snappy
performance true to its name.
2.4-LITER TIGERSHARK® MULTIAIR2 ENGINE
The 2.4-liter Tigershark 1-4 engine with
MultiAir2 utilizes electrohydraulic Variable
Valve Timing and variable valve lift technology,
producing 180 horsepower and 175 lb-ft
of torque. This sophisticated technology
has been widely praised as breakthrough
for its segment. Available on Pop FWD and
standard on Pop All-Wheel Drive (AWD),
Trekking and Lounge models.
THE 500X NINE-SPEED TRANSMISSION
Pairing the Tigershark with a nine-speed
transmission creates a dynamic duo that
optimizes engine output, so you can look
forward to fast, assertive launches and
smooth, power-when-you-need-it delivery
on the highway.

cooperate in bringing you ideal driving
conditions. So, the FIAT Dynamic Selector
puts three customized driving modes at your
fingertips: the basic AUTO MODE is designed
for the everyday, routine stuff — it will smooth
things out to help optimize fuel efficiency,
emissions and comfort.
For those who’d prefer a little more road-feel,
a little more control, the FIAT Dynamic Selector
has your number with the SPORT MODE.
With it, the Electronic Stability Control7 and
steering calibrations are tuned for a sportier feel
and faster driving response. Additionally, the
500X SPORT MODE optimizes the transmission
shift points for improved performance and
accelerator feel in both Front-Wheel Drive
(FWD) and All-Wheel Drive (AWD).
Driving outside the lines? The TRACTION+
MODE maximizes low-speed traction — the
kind you need when things get a little slick
or bumpy. It all works by providing additional
wheel-slip through specially tuned chassis
controls and a more direct engine response.

more you do, the more you’ll come to
appreciate FIAT® 500X for its versatility and
accommodating manner. Go ahead, bring
a few more bags — the efficiency and utility
of its interior almost magically make room
for just about any packing scenario. Its large
rear cargo area, available height-adjustable
rear cargo floor, 60/40 split-folding rear
seats and a fold-forward front-passenger seat
welcome all the longer, wider and taller things
you once said “forget it” to.
Designers also took into account all the things
we need and carry day-to-day, and devised
genius storage solutions to keep them stashed
and organized. A dual glove box with a lower
portion and a center-console storage area
