efficient. The OSBA reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement. Preferred
method of delivery is by email to the Sales Department at amorrow@ohiobar.org. If an
ending date is not specified in this agreement, the ad will continue to run and will be
billed at the stated rate on a monthly basis. First-time advertisers must prepay their
first month by ad artwork deadline.

Cancellations: All advertisers who do not fulfill their complete contract will be rebilled
for the difference between the frequency rate appropriate to the number of times the ad
actually ran and the frequency rate contracted.

Errors: It is the responsibility of the advertiser to review their ads and report errors
immediately after they are posted.
