YOUR ITINERARY FOR THE WEEKEND
Friday, 10th May
11:00 – 14:00 Arrive at Farm Landfontein where AVGAS & Jet A-1 will be available –
refuel your aircraft, meet the NAC Team for a welcome drink at the airfield
16:00 Last vehicle to depart from the airfield to Letsatsi Game Lodge
14:00 – 18:30 Free time at Letsatsi Game Lodge
18:00 – 22:00 Boma Braai Evening with a FIERY surprise
Saturday, 11th May
08:00 – 09:30 Road transfer from Letsatsi Game Lodge to Bethulie town (50km drive)
09:30 – 11:30 Information session & brunch in Bethulie (NO KINDLES ALLOWED )
12:00 – 13:00 Road transfer back to Letsatsi Game Lodge
14:00 – 16:00 Clay Pigeon Shooting for the adventurous (reserve your booking on the information sheet)
16:00 – 18:00 Sunset adventure (Logistics Depending)
19:00 Themed formal dinner and entertainment at Letsatsi Game Lodge

Please note:
Guests will be responsible for:
• Booking and paying their own accommodation and Sunday morning breakfast.
• All and any drinks over the weekend where a cash bar is made available.
• All navigational and other fees i.e. en-route, approach, landing, parking, fuel and oil, etc.
• Landing fees will be payable to Letsatsi Game Lodge with your accommodation
• Avgas & Jet A-1 will be available at Farm Landfontein, and payable immediately to supplier.
• Payment method to supplier will be confirmed
• Optional Saturday lunch at Letsatsi Game Lodge.
• The PIC must complete the NAC & Landfontein/Letsatsi Game Lodge Indemnity forms.
NAC have arranged for:
• Friday arrival snacks at Farm Landfontein
• Friday evening dinner at the Boma venue at Letsatsi Game Lodge
• Saturday brunch and special visit in Bethulie Town
• Saturday afternoon clay pigeon shooting at Letsatsi Game Lodge (+- 10 rounds per person)
• Saturday evening themed formal dinner and entertainment at Letsatsi Game Lodge
• All road transfers from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning

DISCLAIMER & INDEMNITY
In this Indemnity National Airways Corporation (Pty) Limited (hereafter referred to as "NAC" ) shall be taken
to include NAC as well as NAC’s holding companies, subsidiaries, divisions or associate companies and
their respective directors, members, shareholders, employees, pilots, successors-in-title or assigns.
1. I the undersigned ……………………….………………….....................................................................
(Owner and/or Operator/Pilot of the Aircraft with registration number Z - ) hereby
acknowledge and agree that I will be flying as a customer of NAC, in an Aircraft not operated or owned by
NAC, in a Fly-away event hosted by NAC. I hereby declare that I am fully aware of the potential risks,
dangers and threats associated with the operation and use of an Aircraft, and hereby waive and
abandon any rights of action against NAC, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. I also
acknowledge that my participation in the NAC Fly-away is of my own free will and my participation is with
the knowledge that NAC shall not be liable for any loss I sustain, as more fully described below.
2. I do therefore on my own behalf and on behalf of my dependents, minor children, heirs, executors,
trustees, successors and assigns hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAC, against any claim of
whatsoever nature and howsoever arising, including, but without limitation, for or on account of, or arising
from, or in any way connected with injury to, or death of, any persons including myself, or loss or damage
to any property (referred to as “A Claim”) which may at any time be suffered or incurred, whether directly
or indirectly, as a result of, or in any way connected with or attributable to the NAC Fly- away hosted by
NAC and attended by me in an Aircraft not operated by NAC, whether or not such injury, death, damage
or destruction, is occasioned by or resulting from the fault or negligence of NAC (including gross
negligence) or breach of contract by NAC.
3. In addition NAC shall not under any circumstances whatsoever whether due to any breach of contract
and/or wrongful and/or negligent (including grossly negligent) acts or omissions, incur or have any liability
for any special or consequential damages or losses of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused, whether
direct, indirect or consequential, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profit and increased
cost of working.
4. I furthermore acknowledge and agree that the use of all and any facilities and/or property belonging to,
or under the control of NAC, including but not limited to parking facilities, aircraft hangars, accommodation,
simulators and/or offices is done so entirely at my own risk and I hereby indemnify and hold harmless
NAC against any claim.
5. In the event of any third party claim against NAC, arising out of, or in any way connected with or attributable
to the NAC Fly-away, I hereby agree to defend, protect and save harmless NAC against the said claim for
any loss or liability thereunder at my own cost and expense. In the further event that I
should fail to so defend and/or indemnify and save harmless NAC against such claim, then in such instance
I hereby agree that NAC shall have full rights to defend, pay or settle the claim on its own behalf without
notice to myself and with full rights to recourse for all fees, costs, expenses and payments made or agreed
to be paid to discharge the said claim. Upon default, I hereby furthermore agree to pay all reasonable
attorneys’ fees necessary to enforce this agreement.
6. NAC shall not be bound by any representation, indulgence, waiver or modification in respect of the
abovementioned terms and conditions by its employees, servants, agents, directors, officers or invitees,
unless reduced to writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of NAC. All business conducted
by NAC is governed by NAC's standard terms and conditions of Agreement, a copy of which can be
obtained on request from NAC.

PILOTS INDEMNITY FORM
For Landfontein airstrip for fixed wing / Letsatsi airstrip for helicopters
I/We the undersigned, hereby apply for landing/take off rights at Landfontein airstrip (co-ordinates) / Letsatsi airstrip (co-
ordinates) for aircraft / helicopter, pilot & passengers on the dates: 2019 NAC Fly Away 10th till 12th May 2019.
I/We acknowledge that I/We am/are aware of the rules, conditions and regulations in force, which govern landings at,
ground operations on, and departures from the above airfields.
I/We agree to comply in all respects with any instructions and/or requests regarding the operation of flights which may be
given to me/us by any marshal, employee or any person designated or appointed by the Landfontein airstrip / Letsatsi
airstrip and from the said airfield. I/We accept any decision made by any of the officials as final and binding upon me/us.
I/We hereby entirely indemnify and agree to hold free from any harm, Landfontein airstrip / Letsatsi airstrip and/or any
officials, assistants, employees, agents, servants and representatives of all concerned in the organisation owning, running
and/or operating the airfield, against any claim whatsoever arising, which I/we may have or which may arise as a result of
my operation of any aircraft by me/us at, to and/or from the said airfields.
I/we will not hold Landfontein airstrip / Letsatsi airstrip and/or any officials, assistants, employees, agents, servants and
representatives of all concerned in the organisation owning, running and/or operating the airfield responsible for any
damage I/we may suffer as a result of any bodily injuries/illness, whether fatal or otherwise, nor will I/we hold Landfontein
airstrip / Letsatsi airstrip and/or any officials, assistants, employees, agents, servants and representatives of all concerned
in the organisation owning, running and/or operating the airfield responsible for any damage I/we may suffer arising from
the loss or damage to my/our property brought into the airfield, irrespective of whether such bodily injury/illness, loss or
damage arises as a result of fire, theft, flood, or from negligence or intentional act of any person whether or not in the
employ of Landfontein airstrip / Letsatsi airstrip and/or any officials, assistants, employees, agents, servants and
representatives of all concerned in the organisation owning, running and/or operating the airfield, or caused by an animal
or vehicle at Landfontein airstrip / Letsatsi airstrip This indemnity is valid for the duration of my/our stay at Letsatsi Game
Lodge irrespective of the number of days I/we are present at Letsatsi Game Lodge and the number of aircraft/helicopter
operations (landings, take-offs, ground operations) I/we make during our stay at Letsatsi Game Lodge.
I/We are fully aware of any risks, dangers and perils attendant upon operating to and from the airfield. I/We hereby assume
and furthermore agree also to indemnify any other person against all claims and damages arising out of, whether caused
by any landing, flight, take-off and/or ground operation made by me/us or any person under my/our control, whether
caused by my/our actions or out of the acts, actions, omissions or proceedings of any other persons assembling or
assembled anywhere at Landfontein airstrip / Letsatsi airstrip, the airfield or elsewhere, for whatever reason at such
landing, flight, take-off, ground operation or any other act in respect of my/our operation at, to and from the said airfield.
