           In 2019 we will continue our policy we implemented in
           2018. We have obviously implemented an optimisation
           plan; the most important changes are listed here.

           MULTIMEDIAL VOLUME DISCOUNT*
           Ster offers a multimedia volume discount (radio, TV and online) at the standard
           rate. If you spend an amount in excess of a certain budget, you receive a discount.
           If you spend more than € 500,000 a year, you will receive a 7% discount on the
           amount above € 500,000. If you spend more than € 1,000,000 in a year, you will
           receive a 10% discount on the amount above € 1,000,000.

           INCREMENTAL DISCOUNT MULTIMEDIAL VOLUME DISCOUNT
           > € 500.000 = 7% discount
           > € 1.000.000 = 10% discount

EARLY PAYMENT AND SYSTEM DISCOUNT
The percentages for the early-payment discount and the system discount as
described in Article 12, Sections 7 and 8 of the General Terms and Conditions, are
both set at 0.5% for 2019.

GUARANTEE ON THE PRICE AND PRIORITY
IN PLACEMENT*
From 1 January 2019, campaigns requested before the initial request deadline
of the purchase period will be given priority when reserving advertising space.
Moreover, a market index higher than 100 will not be applied to these campaigns.
If the market index falls below 100, you will benefit from the price advantage.

We offer various packages accessible to both large and smaller advertisers. We
can advise you how to organise a campaign that fits your objectives. Our price
outline clearly states the possibilities. Our account managers can always be

campaign is purchased with consent if you want to use a frequency cap, retargeting and/or

When ROC is purchased, you can choose to focus the campaign on a specific
          context or a specific target group. The context is determined based on the content
          of an episode or text of a page. Ster has put together various context channels that
          can be purchased, such as ‘home & decor’, ‘cooking & eating’, ‘art & culture’ and
          ‘sport’ or ‘nature’.
