Ex Nihilo Vineyards . The Place Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for considering Ex Nihilo Vineyards to host your special day. Nestled in Lake Country, British Columbia, Ex Nihilo Vineyards is the perfect spot to say “I do” and share your weddingl day with those you love. Ex Nihilo Vineyards has one of the most gorgeous settings in Lake Country. Ten minutes north of Kelowna International Airport , 20 minutes north of downtown Kelowna or 30 minutes south of Vernon. Situated on a picturesque hillside, you will be treated to panoramic views of our beautiful and lush vineyard, Lake Okanagan and the gorgeous Okanagan vistas. Should you choose to celebrate your entire day with us, our reception site is nestled at the base of the vineyard and located on our courtyard just outside of our tasting room. We also have an indoor lounge area perfect for groups under 100. At this time, we are following all COVID-19 pro- tocals for events and weddings. For small intimate events, ask us about a stand-up canapé and wine reception. Whatever the vision, our modern architecture and spectacular views will set the tone for your intimate celebra- tion. Vineyard Ceremony Site
Step onto our rustic ceremony space and be
surrounded by gorgeous vineyard and pan-
oramic views of Lake Okanagan. A natural
space that is truly one of the most impressive
outdoor settings for your wedding ceremony
or cocktail reception.
what is included in this space:
• exclusive rental of the vineyard ceremony
site for up to 3 hours
• white chairs
• 3 wine barrels to use to mark the marriage
site and to use as a license signing table
(or however you would like to use them)
• Ex Nihilo greeter to welcome guests and
ensure they are escorted to the ceremony
site
• Power
• 1 hour rehearsal time (must be scheduled
in advance)
• 3 hours of event planning with the Ex Ni-
hilo Events Coordinator. Any additional
time will be billed at $125/hour.

VIP Terrace and Deck
Just a short walk from our wine shop and
Bistro patio, enjoy a semi private space
overlooking Lake Okanagan and nestled in
the pinot noir grapes. Create a space with
our on site lounge furniture for a cocktail
reception or set the scene for an intimate
dinner.

Nihilo Events Coordinator. Any addi-
tional time will be billed at $125/hour.

The Culinary Experience at Ex Nihilo
Our culinary team and executive chef will
present several menu options to create your
experience. With refined service paired with
fine wine country cuisine, we cannot wait to
create a menu that exceeds all your expec-
tations.
No outside catering will be permitted, with
the exception of a wedding cake or cup-
cakes.
Ex Nihilo is happy to accommodate requests
for special meals provided those requests
are made a minimum of 14 business days
prior to the wedding date. Allergies will also
