In September 2015, KKR & Co. Inc. ("KKR") entered into a definitive agreement with Marshall Wace to form a long-term strategic partnership. Under the terms of the agreement, KKR initially
acquired a 24.9% interest in Marshall Wace through a combination of cash and stock with the right to grow KKR’s ownership interest over time to 39.6%. As at November 2019, KKR’s
ownership interest in Marshall Wace is 39.6%.

2020 HONG KONG SUMMER INTERN PROGRAM Intern Program Our Intern Program is structured to provide insights into alternative asset management hands-on experience within a specific role a clear view of the variety of careers available in the industry Marshall Wace offers an 8 week Summer Intern program in its Hong Kong office. The program includes highly personalised mentoring, weekly lunch seminars with senior managers and key staff, social events, opportunities to participate in the firm’s charitable activities, and interaction with clients and service providers across the alternative asset management industry.
