Hump Wilderness areas. Class III-IV rapids include Black Creek, Bailey, Five Mile, Split Rock, Big
Mallard, Elkhorn, Dried Meat, Chittam, Vinegar Creek, and more. The campsites are among the
best in the West. Visit long abandoned homesteads and orchards, hot springs, miner artifacts,
and Native American pictographs. The Main has more historic sites than any other Idaho river.
