Welcome to the quarterly edition of the
Communities for Work Plus brochure
Communities for Work Plus (CfW+) offers support to all residents in RCT who are looking to
get into employment, training or volunteering.
We are also able to offer in-work support to those on low incomes who are looking to retrain or
up-skill.
CfW+ is available across the whole of RCT and is divided into
4 delivery areas
• Rhondda North (covers the Rhondda Fawr and Mid Rhondda areas, including Trealaw)
• Rhondda South (covers the Rhondda Fach, Porth and Taff areas)
• Cynon (covers the Cynon Valley, Glyncoch and Ynysybwl)
• Taf (covers Rhydyfelin and Hawthorn, Pontypridd, Church Village and Llantrisant areas)
Each delivery area has its own community office and team who deliver the programme.
In this brochure you will find information about all the activities available between January to
March 2019 and how to get involved.
