Janda customer support procedures
JANDA CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROCEDURES:
JANDA'S HAS A CUSTOMER SUPPORT TRACKING SYSTEM THAT ALLOWS FOR THE TRACKING AND MONITORING OF ALL CUSTOMER REQUESTS.
JANDA WILL ISSUE A CUSTOMER SUPPORT TRACKING NUMBER (CSTN) FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
A) A return of damaged or incorrectly sent goods for credit ; B) A return of goods for repair ; C) A request for assessment of goods for local repair.
All Customer Support Requests MUST be submitted in writing in order for them to be processed. To initiate the Janda Customer Support process,
the retailer must email or fax a Customer Support Request Form. See below for contact details if you require more customer support forms.
Janda will endeavour to respond to a written request for Customer Support within 72 hours. The initial response will include:
A) A Customer Support Tracking Number (CSTN) ; B) Details of any immediate resolutions that can be made.
WITH EVERY REQUEST FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT, JANDA WILL SUPPLY A REMEDY TO THE PROBLEM. THESE MAY INCLUDE:
A) Store to obtain a local quote for repair ; B) Janda to contact an approved local repairer ; C) Store to organise products to be repaired by a local
repairer ; D) Goods to be returned to Janda for repair ; E) Goods to be returned to Janda and credited ;
F) The remedy offered is at the sole discretion of Janda.
In the event that goods need to be returned or replaced, the store must raise a purchase order for the new stock, ensuring the Janda CSTN is quoted
on the new order. An invoice can then be issued when the request for repair, return or refund if it has been approved, a formal reply will be given
using the CSTN. After the goods are received by Janda, a credit will be raised and issued.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURES
Janda will not, under any circumstance, receive a product for return without a CSTN. For example: referencing a contact name from Janda or a Janda
sales agent will not suffice. Due to the damage that is caused in transit of unpackaged goods and the associated cost, Janda will not take receipt of
any product that has been returned without proper protective packaging. Before shipping goods to Janda, the store needs to:
A) Carefully bag or box the items being sent ; B) Fill in, sign and fax a Returned Goods Form (RGF) available for download on the Janda website
or on the Janda Support disc sent to your store. The RGF has a tear off section with space for the CSTN to be written along with store details, this
section must be CLEARLY attached to each piece of furniture being returned.
CREDIT POLICY: Janda will only raise a credit for goods if the above procedures are adhered to.
Credits will only be raised once the goods have been returned to Janda.
