RESERVATIONS: Number of places is limited in order to provide recruiters and students with the ideal framework for efficient meetings. Commitments
should be confirmed before 1st of January, 2019 and will be handled on a "first come-first served" basis.
EVENT LOCATION: The event is hosted at HEC Paris School of Management (1 rue de la Libération – 78351 Jouy-en-Josas Cedex – France),
with the support of HEC Direction des Relations avec les Entreprises.

HEC Paris, services and logistics → Services included in Partner and Exhibitor packages Catering A lunch platter will be provided for each attendee at the lounge and drinks will be available throughout the event. Pick-up service A bus will take care of picking up your presentation equipment directly from your company on February 12 or 13 (date to be confirmed) and return to your company after the event (arrival on February 15 in the daytime). → Services NOT included in packages Accommodation available near HEC campus (to book by yourself): • Best Western Hotel Plus Paris Val de Bièvre (located at the campus entrance). • Novotel Paris Saclay (five minutes from campus by bus/car). Extra travel offer A high-comfort bus (large leather seats, bar…), with Oberweis meals served, is proposed for an extra fee of 300€ per person (offer limited to 20 persons). The bus will depart Luxembourg City at 5pm on Wednesday, February 13. Upon arrival, the bus will stop at Best Western Hotel Plus Paris Val de Bièvre and, if necessary, at Novotel Paris Saclay. The return will be on Thursday, February 14, with departure from the campus at 5.30 pm and arrival in Luxembourg around 10.30 pm.
