   Accommodation               The improvements on the subject property consist of two adjoining but separately
                               lettable box structures, each with a rectangular office building built perpendicular
                               thereto (forming an L-shape on each section). One half of the facility is presently

                               The warehouse component of the owner-occupied section has been internally

                           office buildings are constructed of face brick walls under IBR roof sheets.
