            The Raspberry Ketone Diet Protocol

        Breakfast

                      One cup of cereal with a cup of skimmed milk

        Mid-morning snack

       150g of protein (from approved food list) with all visible fat and skin removed

   Men’s Diet
Men require a larger daily calorie intake and therefore we recommend that male
