•   Bhageerathi Amma (1914 – 22 July 2021) was an Indian woman living in the
    Kollam district of Kerala. She came to national attention when she returned

    examinations in Mathematics, the Malayalam language and Environmental

Eos-3 satellite
• This satellite will be a geo-imaging satellite, EOS-3, which will be
  capable of near-real time monitoring of various natural disasters
  like cyclones, floods etc.
• It will be launched sometimes in the year 2021-22.
• Not only natural disasters      but this satellite will also be capable of

  imaging the country at least 4 to 5 times in a day and will also be
  able to monitor crops, water bodies, change in forest cover and
  vegetation condition.
Covid beep
•   COVID BEEP is the country’s first cost effective indigenously made wireless
    physiological parameters monitoring system for the patients who are suffering
    from COVID-19.
•   COVID BEEP has been developed by the ESIC Medical College Hyderabad in
    association with the Department of Atomic Energy and Electronics Corporation
    of India Ltd. (ECIL).

    feedback and deployment.
