Cooking Camp: Bored with the same old summer lunches? Cooking camp is filled with great breakfast, lunch, snack, and treat

will also take time to learn the proper way to set the table! Each day, camp participants will make at least 2 new recipes, but will be

Dell Rapids “Rocks!” painting session: Design, decorate, and paint rocks to use for Dell Rapids “Rocks!”. After the paint has dried,
we will apply sealant for you to help protect the paint from the elements. Rocks will be ready for pick up on Friday, July 9. Then
your rocks will be ready to keep, collect, trade, or hide around town!

2021 Summer Challenge SPORTS Camps

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CAMP

Instructor: Ross Flemmer & Blaine Bacon

Cost:    High School-$200 for 4 days/week
         Junior High Advance $150 for 3 day/week

Location of Camp: Meet downstairs by the weight room/coaches office in St. Mary High School each morning.

Cardinal Strength and Conditioning Camp for Senior High (Grades 9-12 next year):
This is an 11-week camp starting in late May until early August. The goal of the camp is to improve speed, strength, agility,
coordination, and flexibility. (Calendars will be emailed out once sign up is done and the amount of sessions have been set.)
          > High School Boys session will be from 6-7:30 a.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.
          > Junior High Boys session will be from 7:30-9 a.m. Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

We will take the week of July 5th through the 9th off for the SDHSAA mandated moratorium.
