Oireachtas Rince na hÉireann - The All Ireland Dance Championships
Oireachtas Rince na hÉireann is the oldest major Irish dance competition in the world. Blending culture and tradition with
cutting edge choreography and athletic prowess, the event will attract the greatest Irish dancers from around the world,
to compete for Irish dancing’s oldest title.
The All Ireland Championships is an International Qualifying event, offering dancers from every region and country the
opportunity to qualify for the World Championships.
Oireachtas Rince na Cruinne - The World Irish Dancing Championships
Oireachtas Rince Na Cruinne showcases the best Irish Dancing on the planet. Dancers will travel from all over the world
with their families and teachers to compete for the top positions at the most prestigious competition of the year.
We expect attendance at the event to exceed 30,000 people, most of whom will be resident in Dublin for over a week,
attending the 8 days of the event. Your participation in the event guarantees great exposure and connection with the Irish
Dance and Irish Arts community.
Your company or organization will be showcased within the broader Dance Community, locally in the City of Dublin, and

An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha is the central organisation dedicated to the worldwide development of Irish dancing.
Based in Dublin, Ireland, An Coimisiún has been in existence for over 80 years, and has approximately 2,500 teachers

VENDOR VETTING & INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
All vendors, staff and associates must provide proof of vetting and the chronological order of when deposits were received. If

long as the configuration does not impede public walkways or another vendor’s allocated space. Tables may or may not inclde
tablecloths, in an unspecified color if provided, however if vendors require specific drapery or extra coverage for storage, they
must bring your own supplies. One electrical point will be supplied to each vendor.
No oversized backdrops or stands higher than 6’ will be permitted, to ensure that all vendors have good visibility within the
space. Placement of vendor space will be pre-assigned. Boundaries for each booth will be outlined and all signage, display
materials, and infrastructure must fit inside the lines. Advertising placed outside of your booth area may be available at an
additional cost, any other unauthorized signage will be removed.
If Wifi and/or electricity is needed, please note your requirements on your contract. In case of an outage, we recommend
vendors be prepared to tether to a personal mobile device.
All vendors and staff must submit to comply will all of CLRG’s regulations, and will be required to sign a contract at the time that
the booking is confirmed.
Delivery, storage, access times and vendor layout will be forwarded upon confirmation of all vendors.
No abuse or aggressive behaviour will be permitted toward CLRG representatives , venue staff, or other vendors. Vendors that
breach the above regulations will receive a warning, and if not compliant, they will face a €500 fine or removal from the event.

Our organization places great emphasis on Child Protection & fairness in competitive judging.
With this in mind, please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting your advertisements.
• No last names listed for children. No inappropriate photos - this is at the discretion of CLRG.
The Best Irish Dancing in the World. • Schools advertising may list the city or area of their school but not the address or directions.
• By submitting an advertisement, you are confirming that you have written permission from the parent/
guardian of any child whose image is used in the advertisement.
Additional guidelines for Screen, T.V. display & Banner advertising due to the fact that they may be viewed by
adjudicators:
• No identifiable photos of dancers who are currently competive dancers
• No photos of dancers with any name, first or last
• No photos of dancers, wearing/holding any type of awards, thus indicating their former success
• No photos of dancers in class costume in conjunction with the school name
All advertising materials are subject to approval by CLRG prior to acceptance. If you require the services of a
graphic artist to create or modify your advertisements for screens or programs, we can arrange this on your behalf
for €75 per ad. All ads must be delivered in PDF or JPG and print-ready according to our Artwork Specifications.
