spa therapies, which gradually increase in

Start your Aqua Thermal Journey with the Aroma Room, infused with
delicate and delightful aromatherapy scents. The essential oils will relax
and energise as well as boost general wellbeing. Continue to the Aroma
Steam Room where aromatherapy essential oils are combined with
humidity for increased respiratory benefits, and finish with Monsoon
Shower or brave a cold shower to boost circulation and tighten skin.
Then move through the Saunarium, set to 65 degrees you’ll truly
relax before heading to the Pedidarium for a total foot cleanse and
stimulation of reflexology points. Next you’ll enter the Balinese Salt
Inhalation Room where the blue coloured chamber slows down the
body’s processes reducing levels of anxiety.
Our hottest heat experience is next on the list; the Herbal Sauna allows
maximum elimination of toxins from the body and further relaxes your
muscles. Sample the outdoor Rustic Sauna to help tone the skin and
brave an Ice Bucket Shower afterwards, if you dare! You can then
enjoy the Tepidarium; heated beds for pure relaxation. No journey is
complete without a dip in the massaging indoor Hydrotherapy Pool

Zen Garden
Included in your Aqua Thermal Journey at no extra cost is
the peace and tranquillity of the Zen Garden. Sink into one
of the Outdoor Hot Tubs or relax on one of the many
loungers overlooking the beautiful countryside. Enjoy an
experience shower with body jets and mood changing
lighting or unwind in the panoramic Himalayan Salt
Sauna. While you’re outside in the Zen Garden, take time
to relax in our heated snug with a refreshing drink from
our licenced bar (weather permitting).
Mud Rasul Chamber
Our 100% natural Rasul mud is gently harvested from
the glaciers of the Austrian Alps. These detoxifying muds
have been used for decades as part of a cleansing ritual

combining steam and heat to draw out impurities and
remove dead skin cells. Enter a private heated chamber.
After exfoliating with salt, the mud is applied to different
parts of the body and left to penetrate while you take
a seat on the chamber thrones. Rain drops fall from the
ceiling to wash away the mud leaving your skin detoxified
and exfoliated.
