The Boathouse at The Landing
The Landing encompasses four superb Residences offering luxury, privacy and bespoke service in

MANGAWHAI
Mangawhai is located on the East Coast of the North Island, nestled between the
Pacific Coast and rolling farmland. To the north are Ruakaka and Whangarei and to
the south, Matakana and Warkworth. The area has a diversity of elements including a
naturally occurring harbour, sand spit and ocean frontage. The sand spit of dramatic
dunes forms a protected channel of water connecting the Heads and Village with
outlying areas.

Te Arai Lodge
Boasting a spectacular location this boutique lodge property is surrounded by acres of ancient podocarp
forest and native bush. It is in an elevated position atop a ridgeline, which affords guests expansive
views across rolling hills and over towards the beaches and islands of the Mangawhai coast. The

17Huka Lodge – Stand Alone Owner’s Cottage Offer
From 20 May - 08 July 2020 inclusive, we are undertaking some major infrastructure work at Huka
Lodge. This work is so extensive that it necessitates the closure of the Main Lodge building (due to re-
roofing) and all Junior Lodge Suites (due to upgrading the water treatment plant).
During this time, the two private cottages will continue to offer seclusion and privacy to our guests. We
are delighted to offer the Owner’s Cottage and the Alan Pye Cottage as a complete stand-alone
hospitality experiences.
We are not only offering them both at a special reduced rate, as there will be no access to the Main
Lodge, we are also including a private chef and waiting staff for breakfast, lunch and dinner in both
cottages to ensure you are fully pampered. Our housekeeping team will be on hand to take care of you
too.

27KAIKOURA
Kai means food, and koura is crayfish. The seaside settlement of Kaikoura, situated
on a peninsula on the rugged east coast of New Zealand’s South Island. The township

28Hapuku Lodge
Located twelve kilometers north of the world renowned eco marine town of Kaikoura on New Zealand’s
east coast of the South Island, Hapuku Lodge shares the 1,500 acre property with a deer stud farm,
