AS A DESSERT UNDERWRITER, YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE FOLLOWING:
• Link on the No Tie website as a sponsor and suggested caterer for host dinners
• Opportunity to market your business to an estimated 1,200+ party guests
• Draped table with signage
• Opportunity to display company promotional materials at your table
• Special recognition of your company on event night
• Recognition on the event invitation
• Two complementary tickets to No Dinner & Dessert Party - April 6, 2019
• Invitations for you and your guest to the Sponsor Party - March 21, 2019
AS A DESSERT SPONSOR, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Prepare a minimum of 300, bite-sized desserts for the event
• You may bring one additional person from your business to promote your dessert(s) on event
night
• Provide any and all necessary serving equipment for your dessert(s)
• Provide any additional promotion items you wish to display (i.e. coupons, brochures, fliers,
discount offers, business cards, etc.).

In order to ensure that set up is smooth for you, here are some things to keep in mind:
• The Frontiers of Flight Museum has a kitchen with limited workspace and water, but no refrigerators or
freezers.
• The dock area for unloading your desserts and supplies is on the north side of the building. Volunteers
will be available on the dock to help you unload and for set up and break down of your table. There will
be carts available.
• Access to the dock will be from 3:30pm to 6:00pm April 6 with final set up by 6:45pm. Guests start
arriving at 7:00pm.
• You may bring promotional materials and decorations for your table.
• Plates, napkins, forks and spoons are provided by the No Tie
Committee.

low-income and homeless men, women, and children living with HIV/AIDS. www.aidsdallas.org
• Residents are empowered to live rich, meaningful lives by avoiding nursing homes, hospitals, and traditional hospice placements. They are involved in
the community at ASD by participating in Residents Councils at each facility and serving as voting members of the agency’s Board of Trustees.
• ASD’s four apartment communities are licensed by the Texas Department of Health and are located in North Oak Cliff near Methodist Medical Center.

• 82 percent (82%) of ASD’s residents are persons of color
• 39 percent (39%) are women and/or children $8,276
• One day of care costs $40.73 per individual living with AIDS
• 85 percent (85%) goes to direct care
• Only 15 percent (15%) goes to administration
• Currently serving 16 families with 35 children
• 155 total individuals on waiting list (includes 9 families)
