In Mexico, a ‘fonda’ is a home that a family have opened up to
their local community as an unofficial restaurant, bringing people
together over delicious home-cooked food.
Inspired by the fondas of Mexico, we’ve designed our restaurants
to make everyone feel at home, with a menu that blends Mexican
street food flavours with the freshest, ethically-sourced ingredients.
