CUSTOMS REFUNDS & CONSULTATIONS
When it comes to customs refunds and matters relating to customs compliances, it becomes very
difficult task for many clients to focus (leaving away their core competence ) due to stringent and
complex requirements of concerned authorities under the Indian Customs Act 1962 . Danko’s highly
experienced and qualified team in Customs domain well understands the rules and regulations of
Indian customs Act and helps our client get visibility and clarity on complex logistics situations including
realization of refunds in a timely manner from customs authorities in India.
DGFT/EXIM POLICY LICENSES / AUTHORIZATIONS SOLUTIONS

with Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) offices in Gujarat leaving away their core activities as
