Over 70 years ago, IKEA was founded in the rugged landscape of
Småland in southern Sweden. Life there wasn’t always easy. To
make ends meet, people had to be resourceful, work hard together
and make a lot out of a little. The spirit of Småland impacts on

In 1998, China ceased the housing allocation practice and
