For our first project in Toronto, Design Works
was invited to supply mechanical and electrical
engineering on short notice to fill a service gap.
After our experts identified efficiencies that
reduced the budget by $5 million for this hotel next

Prologis is one of the largest industrial developers in North America, with
Tapscott DC4 as just the first of three major projects being developed in
concert with Design Works. We supplied mechanical, electrical, and civil
engineering services, as well as sustainable design for this 140,000 ft2
building that combines warehouse and office space.
