Why have a schedule?
- To ensure that the experience is Youth Shaped – giving the Scouts a chance to
decide what they want to do whilst there.

- To create a sense of Unit Identity and build a strong and supportive team.

- To support each other with Fundraising.

- To help the Scouts learn new skills and experience new activities in the lead up to
  a fantastic trip at KISC
Costs
- £1000 total, to include trip and training costs.

- Speak directly to Districts about their contributions.

- There may be some additional cost to the County Scout Camp in May 2019
   - Approx. 90% covered by training budget.

- Looking at doing some group fundraising to cover additional costs such as group
  t-shirts, badges, hoody's.
Fundraising
- Happy to provide support to those who need it.

- Will be covering fundraising as a group
   - Already started!
   - Creating lists of ideas generated by Scouts.
   - Supporting ideas and sharing amongst us what has worked.

- Looking into getting a Bucks International Adventure pull-up banner which could
be borrowed by parents for activities/fundraising.

- Let us know if there is anything you would like help with!
