The Buddha-Bar concept
The Buddha-Bar Hotels, Resorts & Spas concept extend and interpret the spirit and
atmosphere of the world-famous Buddha-Bar restaurants originating from Paris. Faithful to
the concept from all over the world (Paris, Dubai, Beirut, London, Jakarta, Cairo and
Kiev), the luxury hotels feature contemporary-modern Asian-Colonial interior designs,
along with a signature blend of restaurants, bars and lounges with special music

The history and location of Klotild Palace
During the time of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy (in 1899),
the Grand Duchess Klotild Maria Amalia, wife of Archduke
Joseph Carl of Habsburg-Lorraine and daughter-in-law of
Archduke Joseph, Commander of the Royal Army, purchased
the two most important pieces of land in the city centre from the
Capital’s Council of Public Works. She assigned Flóris Korb and
Kálmán Giergl the task of building two prestigious palaces there.
The unique historical building from 1900, rising on the
corner of the famous shopping street Váci utca forms a perfect
address for one of Hungary’s most iconic boutique hotels.
Located in the heart of Budapest amongst the main tourist
attractions and fashion shops the Buddha-Bar Hotel Budapest
Klotild Palace is the ideal base from which to explore one of

The Buddha-Bar Hotel Budapest Klotild Palace is located at the corner of Budapest's

Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport is 18 km, 35 minutes by taxi or with our limousine

Superior rooms (33)
Our fully equipped Superior Room measures up to 25 m 2. We offer interactive multimedia
LCD TV system with integrated media hub and several of the rooms have private
balcony. The bathroom awaits you with double vanity units and walk-in rainforest shower
for your convenience.
Deluxe rooms (16)
Deluxe rooms with sizes up to 30 m2 with King Size beds are the perfect choice whether it
comes to leisure or work purposes. You can enjoy a refreshing cup of coffee or tea at
your private balcony, or you can enjoy a relaxing bath or rainforest shower in your lavish
bathroom, while you are listening live Buddha-Bar music due to our fully interactive
multimedia LED TV system with integrated media hub.

This room offers you extra space to relax or work with large, elegant working desk
and an exquisite seating arrangement with coffee table. Several rooms have special
layout with private balcony from where the bustling downtown offers an extraordinary
spectacle.
Executive duplex rooms (4)
Enjoy state-of-the-art facilities whilst feeling at home
on two levels in the Executive Duplex rooms. Separated
room areas provide greater privacy. At the lower level you
can relax in your private seating lounge or do business with
your partners. On the upper level, a spacious bedroom is
situated with a luxurious and sophisticated bathroom that is
equipped with two washbasins, and includes a walk-in
rainforest shower or bathtub. Executive Duplex Rooms
measure up to 40 m2.

Junior Suites (9)
Enjoy your stay in one of our exquisite, spacious, contemporary Oriental Junior
Suites featuring a comfortable semi-private lounge, where you can host friends or have a
meeting with your business partners while being provided comfort and convenience. The
modern and sophisticated bathroom with an oversized bathtub where you can indulge in
ultimate comfort and relaxation separated from the room by a mind-blowing glass wall.
Junior Suites measure up to 48 m2. Several rooms also have private balconies with
stunning views of the vivacious city of Budapest.
Corner Suites (3)
Corner Suites measure up to 55 m2 providing a world of unique comfort and luxury,
with spacious living areas. All these rooms have corner-balconies with extraordinary views
of Budapest’s bustling scenery and the famous Váci street. In the special bedroom you
can enjoy the fully interactive multimedia LED TV or your great night’s rest in the extra

In our Duplex Suites guests can enjoy all the hedonistic pleasures and state-of-art

Tower Suites (2)
Our Tower Suites are stated under the
tower of the building. If you do not stint yourself
of an unforgettable stay, you will find your stay
in the Tower Suites an incredible experience.
Consisting of two floors, these suites offer
stunning open views from the bedroom up into
the six-meter high interior of one of Klotild
Palace’s many towers. On the lower floor you
can find an elegant working area including a
meeting room, a bedroom with a king size bed
and a spacious bathroom - separated from the
room by a mind-blowing glass wall – with
invigorating rainforest shower and a large round bathtub. These suites measure up to 66
m 2.
Buddha Suite & Grand Buddha Suite (1-1)
Lose yourself in the comfort and harmony of the specially-furnished Buddha Suite
and Grand Buddha Suite, on three levels. Upon entering these suites you will find yourself
in an elegant working and meeting area with luxurious state-of-art facilities. A separate
private lounge gives you the opportunity to host business partners or friends, while on top
level you can relax in your own Buddha Spirit Meditation Lounge. Both floors boast a
terrace which allows you to relax and enjoy your breakfast at the sunrise. Buddha Suite
measures up to 86 m2 while the top luxurious and most spacious suite of the hotel, the
Grand Buddha Suite measures up to 100m2.

Sauna Suite definitely is unique as it
offers you your own private Sauna. The two-
story suite consists of a large meeting and
living area with elegant working desk,

large king size bed on the ground floor. The
