PROPOSED CHANGES FROM THE COMMITTE
1. Video cameras on all water gates for the Accuracy and Speed event.
8.1.1.1 In Accuracy and Speed events there must be additional video cameras at G2,
G3 and G4.

2. Have on site readily available a spare course marker for the speed event.
A.8 For the Speed event there must be a spare course marker with the appropriate
colour for each side of the course, readily available to replace a broken one.

3. Freestyle Event: Define DR (Default Result) for landing in the water.
6,1,4 All moves have to be pre-declared on the drama sheet and presented to the
CJ/EJ as decided by the CJ/EJ. Any changes to the moves must be reported to the CJ/EJ
at the latest by the 15min call. Failure to perform a pre-declared move, change in the
order of the moves and/or the move is not identifiable will result in a deduction of 40 %
of the overall score of that round. This will be indicated by a Technical Judge.
6,1,4 All moves have to be pre-declared on the drama sheet and presented to the
CJ/EJ as decided by the CJ/EJ. Any changes to the predeclared moves must be reported
to the CJ/EJ at the latest by the start of that round. Only declared moves will be judged
and scored.
Remove the penalty but clarify that ONLY declared moves will be considered
4. Technical Score
7.3.3. The actual technical execution (precision of approach, heading-control, body-
control, execution, etc.) will finally influence the technical score. If execution is very
good, the technical score can be increased. If poorly performed, it can be reduced.
7.3.3. The actual technical execution (precision of approach, heading-control, body-
control, execution, etc.) will finally influence the technical score. The technical score has
a range of +/- 1 depending on the performance.
This new wording better defines the increment granted.

5. Technical score
7.4.4 When touching the ground with other parts of the body except the feet, the
calculated total score will be reduced by 10 %.
7.4.4 The landing should finish in a stand up landing
Remove the Penalty. Bad landing is considered already in the Presentation and Technical
Score. Clarifies that it should be a stand up landing

6. Technical score
7.4.5 When landing in the water, the calculated score will be reduced by 20 %.
7.4.5 When landing in the water, the score will be DR.
7. Addendum A

A.3 Safety zones and additional No-Fly zones will be declared in the technical pre-event
briefing by the CJ/EJ.

Clarify that there may be no fly-zones in addition to the already known Safety Zones.
