Craig is the Principal Licensee for Evolve S&M with over 15 years’ experience in the
property industry. Craig's passion for property has enabled the Evolve Brand to sell in
excess of $200,000,000 in property.
A proud Nulla Nulla man from Bourke in NSW and a member of Supply Nation, Craig’s
focus is to expand into the management of Government property assets through the
Evolve Brand and Red Earth Commercial Property & Facilities Management and a
vision to provide opportunities for fellow indigenous people in the real-estate industry.

Aron Burtenshaw, Commercial Specialist
Aron is a licensed real estate agent with nearly 20 years of experience within the
residential and commercial property markets. Working across property management,
mortgage broking and resi sales until 2008, Aron then moved into commercial sales &
leasing, and spent the next decade specialising in the Brisbane South City fringe.
During this period Aron operated his own Commercial franchise, negotiating in excess of
$3m in leasing transactions and close to $150m worth of commercial property sales.
Aron still remains a director of the Mortgage Broking business he setup with his father
over a decade ago, which manages over $140million worth of loans.
