There is a large activity area that can be used for movies, lectures, and other
group activities. It’s a versatile space. We saw it set with handsome tables
and chairs used to serve refreshments. A combination of tables and chairs
can be stacked and stored allowing for a variety of space for programs, some
of which might be ones we now hold in the Clubhouse Ballroom, giving
more flexibility for scheduling group activities. And there is a new courtyard,
with both covered seating and a lawn area, accessible from both of the new
                                            neighborhoods.
Each large bedroom has a window and its own AC and heat, so temperature
can be controlled by the Member. Each room includes a large bathroom with
toilet and walk-in/roll-in shower and storage in the bathroom. The showers
have both high and low showerheads that can be handheld. A large closet
in the bedroom provides plenty of storage. Even the floors are nice—hard
                                            surfaced and not slippery.
The primary care clinic has not been forgotten. There is a new reception area
and four new examination rooms. There is a new large physical therapy room
