PULLED OATS® LASAGNA INGREDIENTS 15-20 servings 1 kg Pulled Oats® Original Cheese sauce lasagna sheets 8 tbl butter 1 kg onion (diced) 8 tbl flour 3 zucchinis (sliced) 15 dl milk 50g garlic (diced) 375 g grated cheese 2 kg tomato sauce 1,25 tbs salt 31 tbs black pepper 1,5 tbs white pepper 1 dl olive oil On top 2,5 tbs sugar 6 sliced tomato 6 dl grated cheese INSTRUCTIONS 1. Mix Pulled Oats®, olive oil, tomato sauce and vegetables together, let it rest. 2. Make cheese dressing by adding the milk, butter and flour to a sauce pan. Turn on the heat to medium and start whisking until smooth texture. Add cheese, salt and white pepper. 3. To assemble, spread Pulled Oats® mixture, lasagna sheets, sliced zucchini and cheese sauce on to a baking dish. Top with tomato slices and grated cheese. 4. Bake in 175C 30-40 min. PULLED OATS® PREPARATION TIPS Two popular methods of heating/seasoning: 1. Use oil and dry spices to create crispier texture 2. Use a thick marinade with high sugar level to create a stickier and more pulled texture. Be extra generous with spices & seasoning; we recommend using about 20% more than you would use with other proteins. Don’t be afraid to use a generous amount of oil to develop a crispy. Make sure the oil is hot before adding Pulled Oats®. Heating the oil with some herbs or garlic/ginger before adding the Pulled Oats® helps infuse the Pulled Oats® with flavors.
