1. All bookings to be made with a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £10 per person.
2. The final balance and confirmation of numbers must be made by the 9th November 2019. Failure to comply with this may result in the loss
of the booking and associated deposits. No cancellations or amendments will be accepted after this time.
3. The deposits of absent guests are non-deductible from the final balance. Furthermore payments made by guests are NOT refundable or
transferable to goods in lieu under any circumstances.
4. After confirmation of your initial booking, we will endeavour to, but cannot guarantee to be able to accommodate any increase in numbers.
5. Payments of deposits and final balance may be made by cash; Debit card; or a single cheque. Parties submitting more than one cheque
will be subject to a £25.00 administration charge.
6. For your comfort, all parties are requested to meet in our pre function bar area 1 hour prior to the time of your booking.
7. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject from the premises any guest who does not comply with the dress/sobriety code
OR who are causing a nuisance to other guests.
8. All times shown are subject to approval by the local licencing authority, sorry! Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to any of the
hotel dinner dance events.
9. The hotel reserves the right to alter or amend any of the contents and prices of the events without prior notice. In the event of any function
having to be cancelled by the hotel an alternative date or venue will be offered or a full refund given.
10. A smart casual dress code is required for all events. For more formal events where we impose a dress code we will advise in the brochure
or at the time of booking.
11. Where special requests are made, the hotel will endeavour to accommodate, however, they cannot be guaranteed. These requests must
be made in writing to the Christmas coordinator.
12. All services provided on the occasion must be paid prior to departure.
13. Menu pre orders must be given to the hotel before 14th November 2019.
14. In the event of a specific named act not being available a similar alternative will be provided on the evening.
15. For party nights and gala events where party numbers are less than 6 persons we will consolidate numbers onto larger tables.
16. Dietary requirements. It is essential that you inform the hotel in advance should any of your party have a known food allergy.
