Christmas Parties Gather your friends, family and colleagues for a Christmas party to remember. The Clubhouse Start your celebration with a glass of prosecco, followed by a three-course menu, half a bottle of wine per person and end the night with a dance with our DJ until 12.30am. Sunday to Thursday throughout December £55 per person Friday and Saturday throughout December £60 per person For more intimate parties, enjoy an arrival drink, three-course menu and 12am finishing time for only £45 per person, available in the Library. A small group? Ask about our joiner party dates. Your Favourite Tipple Whether you’re celebrating with colleagues or loved ones, raise a glass at one of our special events without having to queue. Pre-order your drinks using the form on the back page to redeem the early bird offer. Stay the Night Ensure you don’t miss out on the last minutes of your festive celebration by staying the night in one of our 70 bedrooms and suites. Terms and Conditions 1. These conditions apply to all guests attending Christmas programme events that are subject to availability and in line with all current guidelines. 2. All provisional programme bookings must be confirmed within seven days of booking and a deposit of £50 per person for New Year’s Eve and £15 per person for all other events is due upon confirmation. 3. All balances must be paid in full prior to 1 December 2021. All bookings made after these dates must be paid in full within seven days of booking or, if the booking is less than seven days from date of the event, payment in full is required immediately. 4. Children are charged as detailed in brochure. 5. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, but may be subject to any other relevant taxes/levies at the current prevailing rate in force on the date of the event. Prices advertised are subject to change prior to booking. 6. Except as set out below , we regret that all payments received, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable. 7. We regret that should your party size decrease in numbers, payments (including deposits) cannot be offset against accommodation, food or drinks. 8. If the final amount is not settled in advance (see terms in clause 3 above), the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. 9. In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the event, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date will be offered (at the hotel’s discretion), without any further liability to the hotel. 10. Special requests (e.g. dietary requirements) must be made known to the hotel at least 14 days before the event. 11.
