                                                              SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT FROM PORTLAND, OR
                                                              Zion has been described as an “invaluable
                                                              member of the Boys & Girls Club community”
                                                              who demonstrates “maturity, empathy and
                                                              compassion” every day. He is an active member
                                                              of the community, serving as a volunteer to help
                                                              others and participating in extracurriculars that
                                                              further develop his skills as a coach, mentor
                                                              and counselor. Zion plans to follow his passion
                                                              of helping others by pursuing a degree in
                                                              Psychology and Family Counseling.

                                                              KINDNESS CONVERSATION
                                                              We teamed up with our friends at the Boys
                                                              & Girls Club of New Haven, CT to host the
                                                              first-ever Kindness Conversation. The event
                                                              provided a safe space for youth to have a candid
                                                              conversation about their experiences and
                                                              ways that they would #committokindness to
                                                              create a more judgement free and bullying free
                                                              future. Youth advocate Valencia Clay moderated
                                                              the discussion and encouraged a thoughtful,
                                                              reflective dialogue tackling today’s critical
                                                              issues among youth.

Thanks to our franchisees, staff, members and partners,
we raised more than $1 million during our system-wide
fundraising effort this September in support of our partnership
with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Since 2016, together
we have invested $4M+ in pro-kindness programming,
youth scholarships, Mini Judgement Free Zones and more.

PF HOLIDAY TOY DRIVES
PFHQ and PF Clubs across the country spread holiday cheer by hosting
toy drives benefitting Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
At PFHQ, each department competed to collect the most toys and to have
the most festively decorated collection bin. Thanks to the enthusiastic
support of the entire office, the PFHQ collectively donated 920+ toys and
gift cards to the The Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence, MA.

  SPOTLIGHT ON: PLANET FITNESS DANVILLE, VA
  From the inception of our philanthropic partnership
  with BGCA, Planet Fitness of Danville has championed
  its local relationship. The Danville team collaborated
  with the Boys & Girls Club of Danville to organize an
  afternoon of celebration with youth that included a few
  (intense!) games of dodgeball, pizza and snacks and
  free time for attendees to participate in various games
  of their choosing. The Danville team also set aside
  Planet Fitness gear for Club youth to take home with
  them following the event.

                                                              SPOTLIGHT ON: PLANET FITNESS OF MORRIS PLAINS, NJ
                                                              Planet Fitness of Morris Plains dove headfirst into the Judgement Free
                                                              Generation’s annual fundraising campaign. The club fell within the top 10
                                                              highest-fundraising clubs, raising more than $2,500 through pin-up sales.
                                                              The club’s success was due in large part to standout employee, Kyle
                                                              Northan. Kyle thrived during volunteerism events throughout the year,
                                                              and when given the opportunity to encourage Planet Fitness members to
                                                              contribute to the cause, he did all he could to encourage donations. Kyle
                                                              raised nearly $1,200 through the promotion in support of the Boys & Girls
                                                              Club. Of Kyle, Team Leader Jake Voelkner said, “What makes Kyle such a
                                                              great employee is his unbelievably thoughtful personality … His friendly,
                                                              caring attitude is often noticed by members and this is one of the reasons
                                                              for his success with donations. Kyle is the type of employee that will do what
                                                              is asked – do it 110% – and then some.”

  SPOTLIGHT ON: ABILENE, TX
  During United PF’s recent 100th club opening celebration, the
  group hosted their local Boys & Girls Club to celebrate the
  partnership. The group has proudly donated 5,000 at each of its
  club grand opening celebrations, has donated $2,500 at club
  grand re-openings and has enthusiastically helped create Mini
  Judgement Free Zone fitness centers.
  Integral in making possible United PF’s Mini Judgement Free
  Zone efforts come to life is Regional Director Gary Williams with
  invaluable support from Jae Moore, District Manager, and Terry
  Campbell, Construction Manager. Gary has truly embraced our
  partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs by serving on the Board
  of Directors for local Boys & Girls Club of Washington County.

                                                                      Those who work alongside Robbie commend him for being one of the
                                                                      brand’s most dedicated Maintenance Managers. Robbie personally
                                                                      helped to make the Mini Judgement Free Zone build in Decatur, GA a
                                                                      huge success – offering a hand on-site each day during demolition and
                                                                      construction. Robbie generously offered his time to ensure the youth
                                                                      could enjoy their new space, on schedule.

THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES                                          This November, 11 Planet Fitness clubs banded together to collect more than

 of Planet Fitness amenities throughout the duration of the
 recovery period.

CALIFORNIA WILDFIRE RELIEF EFFORTS
>A fter the Thomas Fire hit Southern California in January 2018,
  local Planet Fitness clubs rallied together with members to raise
  $30,000 for The Salvation Army in support of long-term
  recovery efforts.
