HOME QUARANTINE

Home quarantine is applicable to all such contacts of a suspect or
confirmed case of COVID-19. A Contact may be defined as follows:
• A person living in the same household as a COVID-19 case;
• A person having had direct physical contact with a COVID-19 case
• A person who was in a closed environment or had face to face contact

HEALTH WORKERS

• Instead of circulating papers, all communication including
  details of the patient (Name, Age, Mobile Number, Address)
  should be sent by SMS/ WhatsApp to the hospital nodal officer.
• The patient should be transferred to the Government designated
  facility in patient’s own vehicle / Govt. designated ambulances.
• All surfaces need to be cleaned by hypochlorite every shift.
