Support Changes
Erebates alias was discontinued effective August 10th. An autoreply message is in place to indicate the new
process of raising support queries via Partner Center. Going forward the support process for incentives is
as follows:
Partner support: the Incentives FAQs and links to relevant self-help articles is available within
the Partner Center support experience. If additional assistance is needed, Partner can create a support
ticket within the Incentives Online Support Experience on Partner Center.

Submitting an Escalation (All Programs)
Where a standard query ticket has already been raised (per the process above) and the case is out of SLA or has been closed but the
solution provided is not satisfactory, please contact eocciesc@microsoft.com including the email thread from the original support query.
