◼ Multilateral partnerships of HEIs from Programme and eligible Partner
Countries
Southern Mediterranean, Eastern Europe, Western Balkans, Russia, Asia &
Central Asia, Latin America, Africa, Caribbean, Pacific (ACP)
◼ Consortium: min. 2 HEIs from 2 different Programme Countries
+ 3 HEIs from one Partner Country or 2 HEIs (each
country) from 2 or more Partner Countries
◼ Budget: € 500.000 to € 1 Mio. per project
(Staff cost, travel costs, costs of stay, equipment, sub-contracting)
◼ Project duration: 2 or 3 years
◼ Submission of applications to EACEA in Brussels

▪ Integrated international Master programmes of excellent quality to attract
the very best students worldwide
▪ No restriction in disciplines
▪ Developed and delivered by a consortium of a min. 3 HEIs from
Programme Countries & Partner Countries (if relevant)
▪ Duration 12 – 18 – 24 months (60 – 90 – 120 ECTS credits), 4 intakes
▪ Mandatory study period in at least 2 different Programme Countries (no
virtual mobility)
▪ Full scholarships for students - 75% for students from Partner Countries
▪ Award of a joint or multiple Master degree
▪ Budget: 3-4 Mio. € per project
▪ Submission of applications to EACEA in Brussels
