What really defines the “mobile” category these days? With new products like smart and voice-assisted
speakers and wearables that can be used independent of a phone; along with emerging technology
like AI and wireless charging, the ever-expanding category will continue to evolve through 2018.

WHERE ARE MY READING GLASSES?
Don’t worry about fumbling for your reading glasses when you need
to read something short and quick. Thin Optics has a clever, what-
will-they-think-of-next solution to that. It’s a pocket that affixes to
the back of a phone case or loops onto your keychain and has a tiny
pair of reading glasses folded up inside. Pull the glasses out, unfold
them, place them over the bridge of your nose, and they stay firmly
in place. It’s a great back-up option, especially for those who require
reading glasses, but are reluctant to wear them all the time. Grab one
in a variety of funky designs or solid colours, and with your required
prescription. The smartphone attachment is US$20 each, and the MASSAGER IN YOUR POCKET

OLEDs ranging in size from 55” to 77”, all with
new video processors developed by LG. The C8,

the new α9 processor.
   Among its benefits is a four-step noise-reduction
