                            Year 8 English have been learning about ‘blackout’ poetry
                            – blackout poetry is when a page of text (in our case the

                            Easter) is completely blacked out except for a select few
                            words. When only these words are visible, a brand new story
                            is created from the existing text. Students then pick symbols
                            to creatively enhance the meaning.

  Inspired by the world’s greatest
