Jet Aviation’s FBO is the operator of the General Aviation
Terminal (GAT) at Duesseldorf International Airport. Our
multifunctional and modern facility provides an array of
services designed for a seamless, personal customer
experience. For visiting crew, we offer a home away from
home with a comfortable crew lounge, a relaxing room and
fully equipped work stations including WLAN and printer. In
addition, we are the only FBO at Duesseldorf Airport providing
Jet A-1.

2Mandatory Infrastructure Charges (MIC)
Mandatory Infrastructure Charges are infrastructure fees applicable to all Business- and General Aviation Flights
at Düsseldorf International Airport.
The following costs and services are included:
▪ Follow Me GA Apron, apply to remove chocks ▪ Access to public lounge
▪ Communication and information transmission ▪ Access to crew lounge
with DFS
▪ Use of GA Apron ▪ Tele briefing / self-briefing facilities
▪ Administrative Charges ▪ Towing to refueling (on GA apron only)
▪ One transportation per arriving and departing ▪ CAT 1 aircraft waste disposal infrastructure

Other charges:
A surcharge will be added to the MIC for arrival and/or departure outside of normal working hours for non-Jet
Aviation Executive Handling customers. Please ask our Operation for the FBO Network Germany Services & prices
2021. Airport taxes/ concession fees of 12% are applied on all basic handling and additional services.

Any aircraft not included in the above list, will be billed according to its MTOW as per classes one to seven.

3We add disbursement fee on 3rd party invoices concerning services or fees paid on your behalf, with exception of
airport infrastructure fees (e.g. landing fees, parking fees).
Passenger & Guest Car Parking
Jet Aviation provides parking for passengers and guests using the terminal if parking spots available. Reservation
not possible. Please refer to our general terms and conditions (car parking) for further information’s.

Passenger Drop Off / Pick-up 30 minutes free of charge
Car Parking 5.00 EUR per hour (max. 34.00 EUR per day)
Transportation Service
We shall gladly render any transportation and limousine service on your behalf through own or 3rd party providers.

Hotel Arrangements
We shall gladly render any hotel reservation on your behalf.
Hotel rates are greatly fluctuating during trade shows. Therefore, we have arranged fixed rates during high
seasons at various airport and downtown hotels if available. Please contact us if needed.
Conference Room
Jet Aviation’s Executive Terminal includes parking space, conference room, lounges and comfortable guest
amenities suitable for a wide variety from multiple-day events to quick meetings in between flights. We will be
happy to plan your event. We are located at the airport and close to Düsseldorf downtown and the Ruhr area. Our
front desk staff will gladly answer all your questions.

4All airport related fees , such as landing- and take off charges are collected in the name and on behalf of
Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH, P.O. Box 300363, D-40474 Düsseldorf, VAT-ID:119 351 523, according to the
airport tariff regulations valid at the time of flight.
All mentioned charges are due ten days payable to Jet Aviation Services GmbH. All times stated are local times.
