this special set menu tailor-made by the Three-Michelin
Starred Chef Niko Romito. On this special occasion, the
menu had been crafted with the finest seasonal ingredients
to create unique plates with the vegetable assoluto, the
marinated seabream and its caviar and the roasted
monkfish prior the signature Crostatina dessert. The
dinner includes one complimentary glass of bubbly.

Il Café presents a delectable four course set menu
featuring a deliciously poached maine lobster and a lemon
crusted sea bass with its smoked potato espuma. A main
course of tender and juicy turkey fillet will be served prior
the decadent Jivara milk chocolate mousse, crunchy
hazelnut piedmont and Sorrento lemon sorbet dessert.

The Three-Michelin Starred Chef Niko Romito imagined a
unique Christmas set-menu with typical Italian specialties.
The starters are based on a sharing concept with
tomatoes bruschettas, toasted ricotta and tomato fried
suppli prior diving into the pasta selection and the roasted
veal. As a truly Italian native, Chef Niko Romito complete
the menu with its special tiramisu. The lunch includes one
complimentary glass of bubbly.
