inside the plenary meeting room. Please remember to return your
headsets after use.

Gardens by the Bay, the top iconic Singapore landmark! Relax
after a busy business day at this can’t-miss event and enjoy
local flavours, creative cocktails, live entertainment, and some
fun surprises as you celebrate all you have accomplished at the
BIR Singapore Convention.
Exclusively privatised for BIR participants during the Welcome
Evening, step into the Flower Dome and stand in awe of nature.
Spectacular and innovative, it is the largest glass greenhouse
in the world as listed in the 2015 Guinness World Records!
Be amazed by changing display of flowers and plants from the
Mediterranean and semi-arid regions.
All registered delegates, guests and life partners are cordially
invited to attend this event. Access will only be granted upon
presentation of the individual invitation card.
Meeting point for bus departure: Shangri-La Hotel (Convention
venue) at 19.00. First bus back to the hotel will leave at 21.30.
5REGISTRATION
ON-SITE REGISTRATION FEES (IN E)
Any delegate must pay the full registration fee, regardless of the length of
attendance. The below fees for on-site registration cover the cost of all convention
documentation, simultaneous interpreting into 4 languages (English, French,
German and Chinese), one divisional luncheon per day, access to the exhibition
and networking area, the invitation to the Welcome Evening and to the “Meet
the Exhibitors” Party, the delegate’s badge, the registered life partner’s access
to the Welcome Evening, and the general administrative costs of the conference
organisation.

6BADGE CONTROL
BIR delegate badges include a headshot photo for identification of the badge
holder.
Badges are checked at all times at the entrance of the convention area during
BIR events. Please wear your badge constantly and ensure that you have the
appropriate ticket/invitation for an event with you when required. You might also be
requested to provide your photo ID for further control.
Lost tickets and badges will not be replaced.
BEWARE OF BADGE FRAUD:
Lending a convention badge will result in the immediate exclusion from the
convention and expulsion from BIR Membership. Also, BIR strongly advises against
doing business with non-registered individuals. Knowing your customers avoids
bad surprises.

HOSPITALITY, NETWORKING AREA, TRADERS BAR ON THE TRADING FLOOR
During the opening hours of the registration desk and exhibition, complimentary
coffee and tea are available on the Trading floor - Exhibition area (Island Ballroom).
Registered delegates can enjoy the exclusive use of the Traders Bar (cash bar),
offering a variety of refreshments and drinks.
Networking Areas with plenty of seating space are also at the disposal of convention
delegates in the Exhibition Area (Island Ballroom).
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
As a special service to its members, BIR has arranged free wireless internet access
in the convention area. The access code is indicated at the registration desk.
PRESS
Registered journalists have access to internet facilities in the BIR Press Room
(Azalea I, Mezzanine level). In addition, a press table is available to the trade press at
the entrance of the Plenary Meeting room to display their publications. Commercial
advertising is not permitted on the press table.
DIVISIONAL LUNCHEON TICKETS
The divisional luncheon ticket(s) which you have selected on the registration form
was/were inserted into your registration envelope. Please check whether the tickets
match your order as they cannot be exchanged after acceptance of your credentials
at the registration desk.
Lunch is served in Tower Ballroom, Ground Floor.
The dessert is served in the exhibition area (Island Ballroom) on Monday and Tuesday.
10GOLD MEMBER LOUNGE
From Monday 20 May to Wednesday 22 May, any registered delegate from a BIR
Gold Member company has exclusive access to the Gold Member Lounge located
in Island Ballroom.
Access is only permitted for delegates wearing a BIR Gold Member badge.
However, each BIR Gold Member may invite non-Gold Member business partners
to the Gold Member Lounge for meetings.

18CONTRÔLE
Les badges disposent d’une photo du délégué pour pouvoir l’identifier.
Une surveillance stricte et permanente sera exercée à l’entrée de l’espace congrès
et des espaces d’accueil, des salles de réunions et de déjeuner, et des diverses
manifestations organisées par le BIR. Assurez-vous de toujours porter votre badge
et d’avoir avec vous le ticket qui correspond à la manifestation à laquelle vous
participez. Une pièce d’identité pourrait également vous être demandée.
Les badges et tickets perdus ne seront pas remplacés.
USAGE FRAUDULEUX DU BADGE :
Prêter son badge à quiconque n’est pas inscrit au congrès peut conduire à
l’exclusion immédiate du congrès et à une radiation pure et simple de l’affiliation
au BIR de votre société. Le BIR vous déconseille vivement de faire des affaires
avec des personnes non inscrites au congrès.

Durant les heures d’ouvertures du comptoir d’enregistrement et de l’exposition, du
café et du thé seront servis gratuitement et en permanence au « Trading floor » -
Exposition (Island Ballroom), et de nombreuses places assises seront à la disposition
des délégués. Les délégués enregistrés auront l’usage exclusif du « Traders Bar »
(payant), proposant une variété de raffraichissements.
INTERNET SANS FIL GRATUIT
Le BIR offre aux délégués l’accès gratuit au réseau sans fil dans toute la zone de
congrès. Les codes d’accès sont indiqués au comptoir d’enregistrement.
PRESS
Une salle de presse, située dans le salon Azalea I (Mezzanine level), avec ordinateur/
accès à internet et photocopieur est mise à la disposition exclusive des journalistes
accrédités auprès du BIR. Une table de presse est prévue dans le foyer de la salle
d’exposition. Elle permet aux journalistes d’y déposer les derniers numéros des
principaux journaux et revues spécialisées concernant notre industrie. Aucune autre
publicité (brochures, dépliants) n’est autorisée sur cette table.

in einer einzigartigen Sehenswürdigkeit Singapurs stattfindet: in der
Flower Field Hall der „Gardens by the Bay“! Die Teilnehmer an unse-
rem Kongress haben exklusiven Zugang zu diesem spektakulären
und innovativen Bauwerk, das laut Guinness-Buch der Rekorde
das größte Glasgewächshaus der Welt ist. Darüber hinaus können
Sie sich an einer beeindruckenden Vielzahl exotischer Blumen und
Pflanzen erfreuen.
Entspannen Sie sich nach einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag in die-
sem unvergesslichen Ambiente und genießen Sie lokale Speziali-

30KONTROLLEN
Jedes Namensschild verfügt über ein Foto des jeweiligen eingeschriebenen
Teilnehmers, das zu seiner Identifizierung dient.
Strenge Kontrollen der Namensschilder und Ausweispapiere werden ständig am
Eingang des Kongress- und Hospitalitybereichs, der Tagungs- und Mittagessens-
räume sowie bei den verschiedenen vom BIR organisierten Veranstaltungen durch-
geführt. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass Sie stets Ihr Namensschild tragen und die
nötigen Einlasskarten bei sich haben.
Verlorene Namensschilder und Tickets werden nicht ersetzt.
BETRUG WIRD GEAHNDET:
Das Verleihen eines Namensschilds an eine nicht eingeschriebene Person zieht
den sofortigen Ausschluss sowohl aus dem Kongress als auch aus dem Verband
nach sich. Das BIR rät ebenfalls davon ab, mit nicht eingeschriebenen Personen
Geschäfte zu machen. Nur wenn Sie Ihren Geschäftspartner kennen, können böse

MITTAGESSENSKARTEN
Die von Ihnen bestellte(n) oder Ihnen zugewiesene(n) Mittagessenskarte(n) haben
Sie zusammen mit Ihrem Namensschild erhalten. Bitte überprüfen Sie die Richtigkeit
der Karten, da diese nach Erhalt Ihrer Kongressunterlagen nicht mehr ausgetauscht
