After the tribulations and uncertainty of the past
year, I am pleased to confirm that the postponed
2021 Biennial South African Arthroplasty
Congress will be taking place at Century City
Conference Centre in Cape Town on the 16 –
18 March of 2022. In common with latter day
Congresses, ours will be a hybrid Congress with
both virtual and in-person attendance. However,
the emphasis will be on in-person attendance and
we will maintain flexibility depending on the ever-

SAAS, together with the trade, have a
