Changes/Updates/Additions
The following sections go through the changes and updates that occur with the FY2020
Data Standards

 ICA does not have a training site available to us to show any of these changes or
     updates to users
 We anticipate the update to the HMIS live site to occur on October 1 – we will inform
     users when this occurs
 Please reach out to ICA with any questions you may have (AKHMIS@icalliances.org)

We are here to help you!

3.09 Disabling Condition
For Developmental Disability or HIV/AIDS ONLY:

 If the answer is “Yes”, there will be no additional question that asks if the
condition is “expected to be of long, continued, and indefinite duration and
substantially impairs the ability to live independently”.

 The additional question will remain for all other disabling conditions and will
      need to be answered.

                                                                     26 September
