UPDATING INFORMATION
   Designate a person responsible for updating and distributing information on a weekly
    basis or more often during a “wave”

III. Emergency Response Plan & Gripe A Protocol
    KNOW/CONSIDER your MEDICAL INSURANCE’s PROCEDURES/REQUIREMENTS
    ESTABLISH an ISOLATION housing location for suspected cases (if needed)
    ATTEMPT to identify higher-risk students (respect confidentiality & privacy)
    Establish REPATRIATION guidelines

SUSPECTED CASES (Students, Faculty & Staff)
    Anyone with symptoms has to go home and remain there(isolated) in communication with
     campus-designated staff member
           Enforce Cell. phones & provide internet access at housing
    Continue with courses/work while student/faculty is in isolation (plan for on-line work)
    Keep your insurance company in the loop
    Call 112 if symptoms worsen

WORSENING & CONFIRMED CASES (Students, Faculty & Staff)
    Follow procedures as agreed with your insurance

    Supervise move (if necessary) to:
          Designated isolation housing
