We are pleased that by implementing a few simple Essen and how you can protect yourself and other
measures we are able to work with our exhibitors to visitors. Our aim is to ensure your safety and well-

TICKET PURCHASE
The maximum number of people who are allowed in
the exhibition at the same time will be limited. The
amount of tickets will be restricted accordingly.
You must purchase your online ticket in advance.
This means that you don’t need to queue at the ticket
desk. Your ticket will be scanned contact-free when
entering the fair.
We offer seperate day tickets for each day of the fair.
Please purchase your ticket early, so that you will be able
to come to the fair on your desired day. You may of course
extend your visit by booking several tickets for different
days. You decide how much time you wish to spend at
E-world.
All admission tickets are dated and are valid for that
date.
F Admission vouchers can only be redeemed online
and exchanged for dated tickets.
It is not possible to exchange or redeem vouchers at
the exhibition centre.

ENSURING YOUR SAFETY AT THE EXHIBITION CENTRE
Our doors are open for you, with separate entrances and
exits to ensure your safety.
Cashless and contact-free payment (e.g. of parking
tickets or in restaurants) is possible.
Transparent screens, broad aisles and generously
designed exhibition spaces and meeting booths
create a safe atmosphere, making it easy for you
to comply with hygiene measures and to keep your
distance from other visitors.
Floor markings and signs will be set up to help you
keep your distance even in narrow spaces.
Our state-of-the-art ventilation systems reduce the
number of pathogens in the air inside the exhibition
centre. Open doors to the outside also ensure fresh air
inside the buildings.

ENSURING YOUR SAFETY AT THE EXHIBITION CENTRE
We work with our exhibitors to ensure that contact
surfaces such as counters, tables and door handles as
well as our toilet facilities are cleaned regularly.
A large number of hand sanitiser dispensers and
hand-washing facilities will be installed throughout
the site.
Our restaurants apply the general rules for the
catering sector that you are probably familiar with
from your everyday life. These include removing your
face mask once you are seated and registering your
contact details. The rules to keeping your distance to
other persons also apply at our Snack Points.

HYGIENE AND PROTECTIVE MEASURES FOR EVERYONE
The E-world hygiene concept consists of simple
measures that everyone can implement in order to
protect yourself and others.
Our large team of Hygiene Scouts is out and about in
the exhibition centre. Please talk to one of them if you
have any questions or comments about our hygiene 1,50m
concept. The Hygiene Scouts are there to keep you safe
by ensuring that everyone complies with the hygie-
ne rules and that no crowds gather, for example.
Please always stay at least 1.5 metres from other
people.
Greet others with a smile instead of shaking hands.
Please avoid any physical contact.
For the protection of all visitors, face masks must be
worn in the exhibition halls.
There are exceptions. Wearing a mask is not required,
when:
• Seated at a stand
• In outdoor spaces
• Seated in catering facilities such as restaurants
or Coffee Points

HYGIENE AND PROTECTIVE MEASURES FOR EVERYONE
Please wash and disinfect your hands thoroughly at
regular intervals. You will find hand sanitiser dispensers
throughout the site.
Please cough and sneeze into the crook of your arm or
use a tissue.
You may not attend the event if any of the following
apply:
• You have had contact with a Covid-19 patient in
the last 14 days.
• You are suffering from acute and non-specific
general symptoms, cold symptoms or respiratory
symptoms.
• You have visited a coronavirus risk area as
designated by the Robert Koch Institut (RKI) in
the last 14 days and cannot provide evidence of a
STOP
negative coronavirus test (performed within 48
hours before arrival in Germany or after arrival in
Germany).
We recommend that you use the German
government’s Corona-Warn-App.
