ABOUT THE BOOTCAMP
The Estée Lauder Companies is looking for
young emerging talent who are experts in
Digital Marketing, Online and E-Commerce.
If that’s YOU, apply for a chance to join us on
the first ever Summer Digital Bootcamp
organized by ELC!
Application ends 19th February 2021, 6pm SGT.

ABOUT THE BOOTCAMP
The Summer Digital Bootcamp is a one-month program
that will run virtually from 8th March to 2nd April 2021
and is open to 3rd and final year undergraduates from
across South East Asia.
It is an exclusive partnership with identified universities
across SEA and we regret that candidates that are not
enrolled in respective universities will not be considered
for the program.
During the program, you will:
Work in teams on a real business case
Network with ELC employees and leaders
Attend Lunch-and-Learn sessions twice a week
which include:
• Brand Immersion to learn more about our ELC brands
• Soft skills and functional skills training by our own
internal subject matter expertsINTERNAL

Step 1: Form teams of 2 – 3 from your
school
Step 2: Download the Gametize app
Scan the QR code on the poster OR
Search “Gametize” on your Apple App Store/
Google Play Store
Step 3: Register for an account
Step 4: Appoint one member to be the
Team Leader to create the TeamINTERNAL

SELECTION CRITERIA
No interviews – yes, you heard that right!
A new, fun way of shortlisting the candidates for the
Summer Digital Bootcamp is here.
You will be evaluated on two areas:
Quantitative: Highest Team Score
Team scores are an aggregate of the scores of all team
members in the team. All team members will need to
complete the quizzes on the app in order to earn points.
Qualitative: Cracking the Case
A case study will be provided on the app. Work in your
teams and upload your proposal (MAXIMUM of TWO
separate documents) onto a file sharing site (i.e. Google
Drive) and have ONE representative to submit the link
on the app.
NOTE: Prior job/ internship experience in related fields is NOT required.
We also regret to inform that students that do not belong to the partner
universities will not be considered for the program.INTERNAL
