CONTEMPLATIVE REFLECTION
INDIVIDUAL & GROUP SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
Spiritual Direction is a contemplative practice for exploring and
deepening your inner awareness.
Contemplative circles and individual sessions provide mindful presence,
deep listening, reflective questions, companionship and support led by
trained Spiritual Directors.
In these days of isolation and social distancing, mindful community helps
bring connection, balance and peace.

YOGA SUTRA MEDITATION

Mondays at 9 am (Livestream)
Breath practice seated meditation with
small movements, for adults including
seniors. We use yoga philosophy texts as a
foundation for reflections, with simple,
comfortable movements, seated, standing
or lying down. No previous experience, or
preparation is necessary. All you need is a
quiet corner and a device (phone or
computer) connected to the internet. This
class continues online.

NATIVE AMERICAN FLUTE CIRCLE

Enjoy fluting with the DCC Oak Leaf Flute
Circle. All playing levels are welcome! Our
focus is: supporting each other, expansion
of creativity, encouragement of growth,
sharing of ideas and techniques,
community building, and celebrating life as
we journey with the sounds of the Native
American Flute.

Reiki Foundation Training

Reiki self-treatment is a hands on
practice that provides calming stress-
relief, helps alleviate insomnia, and
supports overall balance and well-being.
This class includes a training manual,
history and principles of Reiki as well as
hands-on experience. Foundation
training is part one of Reiki First Degree
Practitioner.
