                                                     An active lifestyle and brilliant colors make warblers a
                                                       favorite for many birders. Yet, the field identification of
                                                        these birds can be tricky due to seasonal plumage
                                                        changes, similar looking species and fleeting
                                                        glimpses of the sprites. In this class, you will study
                                                        the identification of these beautiful birds by
                                                       shape, structure, habitat and voice. You can prac-
                                                     tice what you learn on a field trip, Warblers of the
                                                   Huachucas (see Trips and Tours, page 16 for details

                                    the odds and created a smoothly-
                                    running stagecoach line that has
                                    become immortalized in the history

                                    created, how John Butterfield was able
                                    to set up a reliable and efficient trans-
