McHughTEA Room Catering Information
Hosting an Afternoon Tea (sometimes referred to as “High Tea”) at your home, office or other location? Are you
looking to serve a variety of delicious, traditional Afternoon Tea style foods without the hassle? McHughTEA Room
in Bellaire, TX can meet all of your menu needs with customized tea party catering to fit the theme of your special
occasion. All the menu options we offer are original recipes made from scratch at McHughTEA Room. Let’s create

We offer FREE delivery within 4 miles of McHughTEA Room in Bellaire (Monday – Friday, 11am – 4:30pm). Please confirm
availability of a driver for the day of your event if you wish to use this service.

All menu selections are placed in pastry boxes unless otherwise instructed. We do offer silver tray rentals for those needing a
“ready to serve” on arrival presentation.
Silver Tray Rentals: Y N $10 per tray. Tray(s) to be returned within 3 business days.
If not returned within 3 days, a $15 additional fee per tray is applied and the trays are now yours to keep.

Tea sandwiches are cut into shapes reflecting your theme.
Example, bread cut into the shape of a onesie with a rye bread
duck inlayed in the center is so precious for a baby shower.
Hexagon cut wheat bread with a dark rye “wedding ring” shaped
inlay is perfect for a bridal shower. How about a heart shaped
sandwich with a smaller hear in the center to celebrate ANY
occasion? We’re all about creating a memorable experience.

McHughTEA Room Catering 2021 Agreement
Payments and Deposits
A deposit of half of the total order is required for McHughTEA Room to begin to prepare your order. A credit card can be
taken over the phone and an email receipt will be provided immediately following the transaction.
Deposit is due once order is confirmed by McHughTEA Room Staff.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you give McHughTEA Room a written notice of cancellation of this Catering Contract more than 3 days prior to the event
date, McHughTEA Room will agree to cancel this Catering Contract at no charge, and will refund any deposit minus a 7%
credit card processing fee. Cancellation requests within 3 days of this Catering Contract are not eligible for refund.
Taxes
If you are a tax-exempt company, please email the tax-exempt form to McHughTEA Room at the time of deposit. In addition
to the contract price, you will be charged and responsible to pay all applicable state and local taxes.
Rentals
McHughTEA Room can provide staffing, plates, silver trays, airpots and cups/saucer rentals for your event upon availability.
We do not rent out the metal tea tiers, tea cozies, flatware or linens at this time. Please contact McHughTEA Room for more
information and pricing for these services.
Additional Charges
McHughTEA Room charges delivery fees for all drop-offs and/or pick-ups, based on the distance of the event from the
restaurant. Average cost for delivery is $5 per mile.
