In 2014, Chef Han founded Labyrinth,
encapsulating his roots and memories of
growing up in Singapore.
Chef Han practices a culinary philosophy
built on responsibly understanding produce,
ingredients, and taste profiles while
championing a locavore cause of supporting
the local community. Labyrinth’s 90% locally-
sourced menu is a sensorial expression of his
childhood food memories – especially those
of grandma’s – and a relentless enlivenment
of traditional recipes and techniques, and the
passion of local farmers presented through
his eyes in a modern day and age. Chef Han
calls this food movement he pioneered the
‘New Expression of Singapore Cuisine.’

Should you wish to host your event with us, a proposal will be sent for you to review.
Please refer below for Restaurant Labyrinth’s standard Terms & Conditions for private
events held with us.
1. Contract will be issued upon confirmation of the event. All pages of the contact are
to be signed and sent back to Restaurant Labyrinth.
2. A deposit has to be made in advance to confirm your reservation. You may cancel
your reservation 7 days prior to the date of event with no penalty.
If you cancel your event lesser than 7 days prior to the date of event or should there be
a ‘no show’ on the date of event, deposit will forfeited.
3. Full payment is to be made on the day of event via cash or credit card unless agreed
otherwise.
4. Should there be a decrease in amount of guests attending the event without prior
notification of at least 7 working days, Restaurant Labyrinth reserves the right to
process the payment based on the guaranteed attendance.
5. In the event of mishandling of the facilities provided by Restaurant Labyrinth or any
damages done to the property, guest will be liable and Restaurant Labyrinth reserves the
right to impose necessary charges to the guest.
