The Spaces
THE L AWN
The Lawn is located opposite Stingray’s entrance on the ground level of the hotel. This
cool & quirky area boasts a colourful view of the hotel’s Calypso Terrace & offers groups
plenty of space. The Lawn is perfect for stand-up cocktail events such as birthday parties,
engagement parties & corporate functions.

THE R AISE D LOUNGE
The Raised Lounge is in close proximity of the bar & the DJ booth so get ready to party!
This space is equipped with funky furniture to ensure optimal comfort for you & your
guests & is ideal for groups seeking a little bit more exclusivity with a VIP edge.

There are 7 Stingray Lounges that surround the venue from the entrance right up to the
dance floor. Enjoy an enticing food & drink menu in a zone to call your own. A Stingray
Lounge is ideal for your next social gathering or special occasion.

At QT Gold Coast, we aim to deliver an unbelievable experience. That is why our Group Executive
Chef Justin Zammit has created a unique menu ideal for celebrations. Our chefs use a variety of
fresh local produce & herbs picked from our very own rooftop garden. Our food is easy to eat,
perfect for sharing & will ensure your guests won’t go hungry.

Beverages
BAR TAB
Select the beverages you want available on the bar tab at a dollar limit of your
choice. The team at Stingray will provide wristbands for your guests & inform you when
the limit of the bar tab has been reached.
POP - UP BAR
For functions held in The Lawn, you have the option to hire our signature Perrier-Jouet
pop-up bar. You will have a private bar setup and a personal bartender dedicated to
your event.
$250 hire fee (not inclusive of beverages)
CASH BAR
Your guests can purchase their beverages individually from the bar or your dedicated
waitress.

Sweet Celebrations
Our pastry chefs would be delighted to create your ideal birthday treat & can do anything
from a classic chocolate mud cake, to cupcake towers & delicious buttercream cakes
covered in freshly baked macarons! Enquire within if you’d like to sweeten up your
function or party!
